Chris Gargiulo President 

Chris began his baking career in high school, spending endless nights tinkering to create the perfect chocolate chunk cookie, which he eventually sold to classmates in his first baking venture. He then attended the Cornell School of Hotel Administration, earning a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. While studying, he worked at several bakeries, hotels and restaurants and began to learn the art of baking with hands-on experience. From there, he went to PricewaterhouseCoopers and worked as a Hospitality consultant. However, he quickly realized that he had a strong desire to start his own company and pursue his passion of baking. Chris oversees company operations and strives to constantly create innovative and exceptional products. Chris is also an avid tri-athlete, and has competed in numerous Ironman and Half-Ironman races in the United States, Europe and Australia. 

Jaylene Stierli Production Manager

Jaylene graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI with a degree in Foodservice Management with a Double Associates in Culinary Arts/Baking and Pastry Arts.  Jaylene has worked for a variety of foodservice establishments such as Panera Bread, Goldman Sachs/Highgate Hotels, The Highlawn Pavilion and Glatt Kosher Catering. At Chris’s Cookies she oversees the Production and Packaging departments.


Eulenia Olaivar Production Manager

With a degree in Food Technology from Philippine Women’s University in the Philippines, Eulenia has over 22 years of experience working in the Bakery industry in both the Philippines and the US. Her experience includes working as a Business Manager in charge of setting up Satellite Commissaries in different regions in the Philippines, Production Planning and Control and Plant Operations Manager. Here, at Chris’s Cookies Eulenia manages production planning and controls daily operations.

Gagandeep Singh Production Engineer

With an Engineering degree in Food Technology, Gagandeep has over 10 years of experience in Plant Operations and Quality Assurance in the Meat Processing, Chocolate and Egg industries. In addition to being an SQF Practitioner and a certified HACCP Manager, his focus at Chris's Cookies is to continuously improve the operations without compromising the quality of the product.
