Founded in 2000, Chris’s Cookies was started as a Bakery dedicated to making premium cookies and brownies made with only the highest quality ingredients. 

Humble Beginnings

Chris Gargiulo had a vision shaped by his younger years working in a leading New York City pastry kitchen and studying at Cornell's legendary culinary school.  

And while Chris's Cookies started with lofty goals, the company's first bakery was established in the basement of his cousin's restaurant.

Sixteen years and two relocations later, we have moved into a state-of-the-art facility in New Jersey that combines the latest technology with a strictly controlled food safety program to ensure products meet the finest quality.

 

Our upscale clientele, a growing list of over 500 customers includes hotels & restaurants, niche markets, institutions, travel & leisure providers, caterers, distributors, online services, supermarket chains to name a few.


Our award-winning, extensive range of Cookies, Brownies, Rice Chris-pies and Dessert Bars are made from premium chocolate, pure vanilla, imported nuts, whole eggs and fresh creamery butter. We do not add artificial colors, flavors or preservatives to our products. Ninety five percent of Chris’s Cookies products are all-natural.
