The idea for Chris's Cookies came when Manish Wadia and Chris Gargiulo were working at a consulting company. Chris had a passion for baking and would bake cookies and bring them to the office. In one of those late-night deadline projects, enjoying a bite of the delicious Oatmeal Raisin Cookie, Manish suggested to Chris that he should open a Cookie company. Chris quit shortly thereafter, and Manish joined him later and Chris's Cookies was born.
